TikTok issued a statement hours before the rally, expressing gratitude for Trump’s intervention. “As a result of President Trump’s efforts, TikTok is back in the U.S.,” the message read. Users initially reported partial functionality of the app, though it remained unavailable for download on app stores as of Sunday evening.
